What type of burrs do you have fitted to your Sage coffee machine?

There are essentially 2 types of burrs fitted to the Sage coffee machines, Standard adjustable and Etzinger.

These types are not cross compatible so you must order inner and outer burr of the same type if ordering both.

They are also not interchangeable, so a Standard burr will not fit a machine with an Etzinger burr fitted or the other way round.

Identifying what type of burr you have fitted to your machine.

The easiest way to establish what type of burr you have fitted is to remove the upper burr and compare the outside of the burr to the images of the burr you wish to purchase. The standard upper burr has a flat side (SP0001801) lower burr to match is (SP0008611)

The Etzinger upper burr has a deep groove running around the outside (SP0027464) lower burr to match is (SP0027463)
