About Us

Coffee Classics Ltd provide a repair and service offering for commercial and domestic customers throughout the UK.  We have over 15 years of technical experience and are the Manufacturer authorized repair agents for Sage, Melitta, Baratza and Lelit Coffee Machines. 

Terms of use

Whilst browsing our website, you accept that communication with us will be largely using electronic format. Coffee Classics Ltd may communicate with you through email, SMS text message or present messages to you by updating announcements on our website. For contractual reasons, you consent to be presented with information in this electronic format. You also accept that all contracts, notices, information and other forms of communications being provided to you electronically comply with all legal obligations and that those communications be conveyed in writing. These provisions do not affect your legal rights.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Coffee Classics website.

Making a Parts Purchase

We endeavour to make purchasing from Coffee Classics a pleasure. Please browse the site and click on the item you would like to purchase.

If you choose to go ahead with your purchase then you should add this item to your basket. When you have completed shopping, simply click on checkout and you will be asked to supply a few details that will help us to fulfil your order.

The availability of items is subject to availability.

Each item will have a maximum order quantity, this is to ensure that items which may have limited stock availability are controlled accordingly.

This is in place to allow the opportunity for these low stock items to be available for everyone who may need the item.

If multiple orders are placed for the same item, it may be necessary to cancel these orders and provide a refund.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your chosen goods are available at the time of purchase, in the event that we receive a high volume of orders, this may not be possible.

If this happens, a full refund may be sent.Should there be a requirement to order a higher volume of items than available, then please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to work with you to accommodate your requirement.

In the event of there being a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Credit / Debit Card Security

All credit/debit card transactions are handled securely by Paypal.

Condition of Sale – On Site Repairs

When booking the Fixed Labour Service – Field to repair your machine, we will endeavor to book your visit at the earliest available time, usually within 2-5 working days. Some parts of the UK are workshop repairs only.

Your right to cancel – you must call and email us should you wish to cancel the repair or you may incur a charge.  If your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, you will need to contact us to cancel/reschedule this on the Friday before.

Our right to reschedule/delay – should any delay occur due to parts or engineer availability, we have the right to delay your repair, which you will be informed of at the time of delay.

Pricing includes call out and labour only per machine, should any parts be required to complete the repair, we will automatically complete the repair and payment needs to be made on completion of the work.

Follow on visits – should a repair not be completed on the first visit a follow-up appointment will be booked as soon as possible, you will not be charged for any additional labour, only any parts required.

Unrepairable units – On Site Repairs

Should we deem your unit unrepairable we will make a charge of £95.

Cosmetic Repairs

Cosmetic repairs are not included in the Fixed Labour pricing.

Warranty

We provide a 6 month guarantee on our repair service. If we repair your machine and the component we repaired breaks down again, we will repair it free of charge within the 6 month period.

Our guarantee does not cover any of the following:

    1. Any faults that have occurred due to you not using the machine in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions (by accident, negligence, cleaning/descaling or misuse).
    2. Incidental or indirect loss of food products, property damage, financial loss etc.
    3. Any cracks, scratches or cosmetic damage to the exterior or facia of the machine.
    4. Any following unrelated breakdowns or faults to the machine

Complaints
We acknowledge that unprecedented circumstances may occur that can cause our customers not to be fully satisfied. If such events do occur, our friendly customer service team and engineers will do everything to ensure we put things right so that our customers are happy with the outcome.

Liability

We will not be liable for the following losses:

    1. Loss of business, revenue, profits or earnings.
    2. Loss of time spent working
    3. Loss of expected savings.
    4. Loss for any accidents, damage or loss to your physical property.

Repair Turnaround Time
We shall endeavour to inform you as best as possible our current turnaround times for repairs, but this is subject to change based on parts availability & engineer scheduling.
Should there be any additional delays from our original estimate we shall inform you via the contact information you have provided.
Additional priority will be given for return visits and repairs covered under warranty.
