This coffee bean has a fairly deep body with a slight hint of spice, and produces a slightly sweet cup. Naturally very well balanced between body and acidity which makes it a particularly tasty coffee, suitable for any occasion.
These specially roasted beans are highly recommended for domestic coffee machines and grinders.
El Salvador coffee beans are sourced from Monte Sion – a family owned coffee farm which has been growing and producing coffee of the highest quality since 1906. Monte Sion is committed to the preservation of the environment and the welfare of their workers through sustainable agriculture.
Monte Sion coffee is from the Arabica-Bourbon variety and grown under a biodiversity friendly canopy in the “Cordillera de Apaneca” mountain range in the Western Region of El Salvador, which is widely recognised for producing fine coffees.
