In order to maximise the lifespan of a Coffee Machine, we recommend that a machine is Serviced every 12 months. This ensures that a machine is kept in tip top condition and minimises the amount of down time which can have a big impact on your business. All of our new machines supplied are provided with a 12 month warranty. However, when this initial period has expired, we offer Service and Maintenance Contracts at competitive prices. This can provide you with the re-assurance that should a breakdown occur, a Repair or Service can be provided at a time convenient for you but without the worry of a large bill to cover.

The Front End Service which we offer will be completed at your premises by one of our experienced Engineers and at a time convenient for you. Our Services are priced based on the machine, however as a guide, start from £130 for a traditional 1 Group Espresso Machine. We operate nationwide and have a team of engineers based around the Country. We do have an onsite workshop so if you would rather us work on your machine away from your site, this can also be accommodated.
A Front End Service would normally include:
Strip and Clean Group Heads
Replace any Washers, Seals, Shower plates, heads and gaskets if required
Strip, check and clean the steam and water valves and replace seals where necessary
Check and adjust general machine settings
Our Engineer will also advise on the general condition of your machine and should any other parts be required, provide an idea of cost and when these should be replaced.
